  3. Relationships and Family Dynamics: Navigating changes in marital relationships, parenting (including parenting teenagers or adult children), and caring for aging parents.
  4. Financial Planning and Security: Topics on retirement planning, investment strategies, managing finances, and preparing for future financial stability.
  5. Personal Growth and Self-Discovery: Exploring hobbies, interests, or educational pursuits that were postponed. Encouraging personal development and self-reflection.
  6. Social Connections and Networking: Building and maintaining friendships, professional networking, and community involvement. Addressing feelings of isolation or loneliness.
  7. Life Balance: Achieving a balance between work, family, personal interests, and health.
